The TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas) process strikes an electric arc between a tungsten electrode and the workpiece, shielded by an inert gas, argon. The filler metal is fed by hand: the beads are fine, clean and very strong, ideal for the thin tubes of steel and aluminium frames

Frames and platforms are welded in our Geneva workshop. Wheels and assembly are also done on site, and 95% of our suppliers are based in Switzerland
Painting is also subcontracted to a local craftsperson, as is the wood used in our builds
